Purpose YTH meets every Wednesday night from 7:00PM- 8:30PM. From fun games, CREWS, and other activities, our Purpose YTH team works hard to present Jesus on the level of middle and high school students!
Purpose Crews are the small groups of Purpose Church where you can connect and grow. Connect crews are meant to help you build community around other believers, and Grow crews are meant to take you deeper in your walk through in-depth studies.

Jesus
is our point.
Jesus is the point we rally around. Jesus is the reason we are here. It’s Jesus over everything. It's all about Jesus. He doesn't need us, but he chooses to use us! We get to do this. (Luke 15:1)
People
are our heart.
Our heart is that everyone is invited. We embrace all people at all times with compassion and open arms. We won’t stop until every person knows his or her God-given purpose. (Luke 15:1, 20)
faith
is our reaction.
We are willing to bet-the-farm, take risks, dream big, and trust God. As soon as we are no longer willing to take a RISK, we become one. We refuse to play it safe when it comes to reaching people with the Gospel of Jesus. (Luke 15:20)
excellence
is our ordinary.
We pay attention to details because excellence honors God. We are always going to do the very best with what we have. We don’t do things halfway and if we are going to do it, it’s done to the best of our ability. (Luke 15:22) point.
Generosity
is our privilege.
We will be known by our outrageous generosity. We live to give and love to give. Our time, talents and treasure are always available to him. We give resources sacrificially and generously to “fatten the cow” in preparation for the party. (Luke 15:23)
celebraiton
is our response.
We party on purpose. We celebrate every person and every story because they’re worth it to God. (Luke 15:23b-24)
honor
is our posture.
We are vocal with honor, meaning we are not stingy with our words. We look for opportunities to add value to the Church and other people. We all wear the same jersey, so a win anywhere is a win everywhere. (Luke 15:31-32)
LEADERSHIP
Believers who invest their hearts, time, families, and finances in the building of a local church deserve to have confidence in church leadership. People are looking for leaders who conduct themselves with integrity and respect when making decisions that affect their lives.
1. WE ARE GUIDED BY OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM
The executive team is led by the lead pastor. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. These pastors and directors serve as staff elders of the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church.

2. WE ARE PROTECTED BY TRUSTEES
The Trustees are members of the congregation who oversee the finances and direct the provision of the facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel to the lead team regarding the major financial commitments of the church. The Trustees serve as non-staff elders.

3. WE ARE STRENGTHENED BY OVERSEERS
The overseers are four leaders of respected congregations and ministries who love Purpose Church and are willing to provide spiritual protection to the church. They may be called in to help in accountability matters relating to the Lead Pastors if requested by the Executive Team or Trustees. The Overseers serve as apostolic elders.

OUR BELIEFS
There is a story about a guy who loved going to Chick-fil-A once a week for a chicken sandwich, fruit cup, and a lemonade. After a while he noticed that they had stopped putting blueberries in the fruit cup and switched to grapes. He got upset and literally contemplated not going back to his favorite chicken restaurant because they removed something he enjoyed so much. Then he remembered "I am not here for the blueberries, I am here for the chicken."
As the Church, we are here for one reason - Jesus! Sometimes we may have differing ideas of the sides (small groups, gifts, ministries, outreach, etc) but when we can agree on the main thing - Jesus - then we can talk about everything else.
